Well, here we are. We thought we'd finally allow friends and family in distant places to share the progress of our new family member's (working title 'Jacques' due on 16 December 2005) development through a blog page.
Week 24
G - Joceline's stomach is starting to get noticeably bigger. I'm excited bout the big day coming up in December. What is all the fuss about ? I am actually quite relaxed about everything and I don't really understand the stress and trama that some people talk about (although we're not quite there yet. We've already bought some baby clothes, but baby underpants are damn hard to find !!! Thinking of possible names for Jacques - readers are welcome to post their suggestions !
J - This baby stuff seems to be taking over our lives as well as the spare room - thanks to Jeff and Yuki, Jacques has some pre loved baby furniture. The books tell us we will need a lot more but I think we may wait and see. One small thing sure comes with a lot of baggage. G and I are looking forward to our family starting in December but are making the most of our free of children life with nights outs and our much anticipated holiday to Port Douglas.
