Do you like my new camera? I had intended to keep it for myself but the boys can't be told... must brush up on our discipline techniques.
| The morning we left, the boys hanging out, packing the car and getting ready - they are always so excited |
And then we were off - note that it is a 5 hour drive so we stop a couple of times, play lots of games, the boys have a sleep etc
| Still in good spirits and not playing the "are we there yet" game |
And then we arrive, lots of excitement whilst the boys find their room and re-aquaint themselves with the lodge.
| Alex loves craft, making an Easter basket here in preparation for the Easter egg hunt |
| The kids got to go mountain biking, Luke and Rhiannon are at the top of the picture, Alex's training wheels caused him some problems in the ruts in the road |
| When little boys get tired on hikes they look to their Papa |
| Luke and the calm before the carnage at the Easter egg hunt |
| Alex and G surveying the ground - the cordoned off area is for the Easter egg hunt - well really they throw them in and the kids dive in |
| Luke enjoying the view up near one of the huts where we had a picnic lunch |
| Hanging out with Luke - Alex may have taken this photo |
| Same location, different boy! |
| No surprise that Luke found a tree (or two) to climb |
