Happy Fathers and mountain biking day

Gifts and breakfast in bed
Fathers Day in our house starts with gifts and breakfast in bed.  Not too early if possible...  Followed up with some activity, in the past it's been rock climbing and this year mountain biking.

Luke loves Papa because he's strong, he's nice and warm when I'm freezing - he can love me.  He's not super scientific but good scientific and he's very good at making the wooden dinosaur with a motor.  Also good at doing cool things.

Alex loves Papa because he plays with me.  We will get the basketball ring that we keeps missing, he's helping me to do this (bidding on eBay).  We do things on the Galaxy.  And he keeps me hot by hugging me. And because he always buys me good cheese.
Alex handling himself well, His smaller bike requires more peddling as he doesn't have gears to fall back on.

What a lucky Papa to get so much love from two boys and to be able to go on adventures together. You can see the energy bursting out of them.
With the days getting longer and warmer the bikes will be getting more work and we will have to see about upgrading Alex's to one with gears. In the meantime we can say it is developing his legs & breathing.
